If you have the drive, skills and the personality to coordinate all the parties and activities involved in installing and servicing small wind turbines for customers in the UK market, you may just be the right person for the position of:
Gaia-Wind Installation Support Coordinator
With a Danish pedigree, 15 years of experience and more than 200 installations, Gaia-Wind has a track record for delivering small wind turbines with a good energy output, a high level of reliability and superior economics. Our turbines are ideally suited for residential, rural (farm) and light industrial use.
With a forward agenda to grow internationally we moved our centre of operations to the UK. Due to increased customer awareness and demand in the UK market, we want to add an Installation Support Coordinator to the team in our Glasgow office to fulfil the following duties:
• Working with the Installation Manager and team, manage customer and distributor orders to completion
• Coordinate the activities of the different parties involved in installation of wind turbines, including delivery of equipment from our global supply chain
• Plan the onsite installation activities in close consultation with the customer
• First line support for customer, distributors, installers and contractors regarding operational, installation and service enquiries
• Expedite all customer queries to completion
• Negotiate contracts and prices for contractors and parts
• Coordinate financial and customer reviews of complete installs for sales feedback.
Reporting to our Managing Director, the successful applicant will ideally:
• Have several years of relevant experience in customer service and logistics management, (preferably in the renewable energy sector)
• Have a strong customer focus and well developed organisation skills
• Demonstrable interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Preferably have an engineering (electrical/mechanical/civil) qualification and skills set
• Have a hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Have the assertiveness to manage several parties to meet strict deadlines.
The successful candidate will receive in house product and skills training.
An attractive salary package is on offer in line with relevant experience.

We are looking for an electrical engineer to join our engineering team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be qualified to a degree level or equivalent in electrical engineering and have previous experience working in the renewable energy sector.
